How to doctor up canned tomato soup

Melt 1 tbs butter in the bottom of the pot
Pour in can of soup
Fill the empty soup can with milk and add to the pot
Stir over medium heat until well combined
Add salt, pepper, paprika, dried basil, minced roasted garlic, and cayenne pepper to taste
Reduce heat to medium low
Liberally sprinkle grated cheddar cheese until the soup in covered
Cover pot and allow cheese to melt
Stir again once cheese is melted to make sure all ingredients are combined
Pour into a large bowl


Granted, it's not as good as homemade soup, but it's great in a pinch. Now if you'll excuse me, I have half a bowl of nummy soup to finish. Omnomnom.
